Our 52nd season is full of amazing local and national artists coming straight to you at the Southern and Lincoln Theatres. Byron Stripling and your Columbus Jazz Orchestra are bringing five amazing concerts this season alongside guest artists John Clayton, Jeff Hamilton, Denzal Sinclaire, Bobby Floyd, Dan Wilson, Leo Manzari, Jennifer Orchard, and Shayna Steele. And join us for Jazz Arts Group Presents at the Lincoln Theatre for three national acts featuring Matt Wilson, Jon Lampley, and Camille Thurman, and a Jazz Arts Group original concert, The Nancy Wilson Way featuring Mary McClendon, Sydney McSweeney, Bobby Floyd, Chamber Brews and more!

Current Subscribers
Current subscribers have until October 10, 2024, to renew their same seats for the previous season. Renewal forms were mailed starting April 1, 2024. To renew online, login to your CBUSArts account to view your tickets online. You might already have a CBUSArts account, or we may have created you a temporary login. Use your primary email address and, if needed, follow the FORGOT PASSWORD process to get logged in for the first time.
New Subscribers
New subscribers are able to purchase Southern or Lincoln packages beginning on April 25, 2024. Your Columbus Jazz Orchestra with Byron Stripling Subscription package includes the same seat(s) for all 5 shows in the Southern Theatre on your designated day. Benefits include savings on your subscription tickets, free and unlimited ticket exchanges, limited fees, a dedicated subscription service team at CBUSArts, and discounts on additional tickets for both Southern and Lincoln Theatre shows. Jazz at the Southern Thursdays
Jazz at the Southern Saturdays
Your subscription package includes the same seat(s) for all 4 shows in the Lincoln Theatre. Please note that this includes performances on 3 Thursdays and 1 Friday. Will there be virtual options this year?
Yes! The Jazz Arts Group provides all available information regarding digital performances exclusively through JAG.TV . Please visit https://www.jag.tv/ and the Jazz Arts Group website for more information.
When will I receive my tickets or be able to print from my CBUSArts account?
Season Tickets will be mailed starting May 24, 2024. Tickets are available for review in your CBUSArts account once your purchase is complete, although you will not be able to print or access barcodes for these tickets until May 24, 2024.
How do I get my discount when I am buying additional tickets to Southern and Lincoln shows?
You can purchase additional tickets with your Subscriber discount by visiting the CBUSArts Ticket Center in person or by phone at (614) 469-0939. We can offer the discount once your account’s subscription is confirmed. Jazz at the Southern subscribers receive discounts on all season titles at both the Southern and the Lincoln. Jazz at the Lincoln subscribers receive discounts on season titles at the Lincoln. Check your season confirmation email for additional information on subscription discounts.
When can I exchange my season subscription tickets?
Season subscribers can now start exchanging tickets for new dates and times. Please note that you may exchange tickets within title and between titles in the same venue.
When will the public be able to buy their tickets?
Individual tickets will be available starting June 1, 2023.

What are the COVID-19 and/or social distancing mandates/guidelines for Jazz Arts Group?
The Jazz Arts Group’s safety policies are in line with current CAPA guidelines, available for reference at https://www.cbusarts.com/customer-care/covid-19-safety-protocols/. As of April 4, 2022, masks are optional for all guests 3 years old and older. Masks are welcome and encouraged for guests who are more comfortable wearing them. Proof of vaccine or negative test results are no longer required for entry.
